The actual central design of the silk bookmark is a replication of the picture, " Landing of Columbus, Oct 12, 1492 {recorded as st392 on this site}, and as such, whilst neither the silk nor backing paper has the Stevens name, it is undoubtedly of his manufacture.
Note however that the stiff backing paper above has the same printing as bookmark sb576, which has been identified as attributed to J.J. Mannion, and as such, this is presumably a STEVENS silk attached to a Mannion stiff backing paper.
