It is unknown how this bookmark is signed on the reverse, if at all.
Apart from the image of the steam train, the remainder of this bookmark is identical to sb1856, and it is believed that bookmark is of Stevens manufacture. As mentioned elsewhere on this site, it is believed Mannion was an agent of STEVENS, and that at this Exposition, both STEVENS and Mannion had looms working. It is also believed, although not proved, that Mannion used the same cards as STEVENS.
