There are two almost identical versions of this bookmark.
The version above has the woven initials " A A " between the portrait images. The second version, recorded as sb860, does not have these initials.
It is not know, although it is assumed the version sb860 without the initials was produced first, the the version above produced second. This assumption is reinforced as there is a later bookmark relating to the actual marriage of the Princess and Prince, sb1308 - " Married at St. George's Chapel Windsor March 10th 1863 ", and that has the woven initials.
