This triple card is of course not a postcard as such, in that it would not be posted, but retained as a souvenir.
The structure though is made up of three ordinary postcards, joined together with a fabric strip, to form a fold over "book".
At the time of writing, only two of these triple cards are known, the one above, and a second relating to the Irish International Exhibition Dublin 1907. It is quite possible therefore that they were not well received by the exhibition visitors, and were discontinued very early. |
