Comments:
Below is an image of the reverse of this ribbon, and although the top is unfinished, there does not appear to be any woven name on the reverse.
However, this ribbon is recorded as part of a rosette (see gr140) with another Queen Victoria ribbon, which itself is known to be of GRANT manufacture. It is reasonable therefore to assume the three ribbons above were also made by GRANT.
