The bookmark is signed: "W.H.Grant. Manufacturer Foleshill. Coventry." on back at top turnover, although the loose silk does not appear to be signed at all.

The loose silk also features as part of a Grant rosette, gr140 - Queen Victoria Jubilee / 1837 - 1887.
