Three versions of this subject are found. 150 - The first, very rare, shows the full-face portrait of the Prince, with two crossed flags woven below (see so528). 150a - A perhaps slightly later version is also occasionally found, where the Prince of Wales is shown facing slightly to the left - again with two crossed flags placed below (see image above). 150b - A third version does not include the two flags (see so536). The title PRINCE OF WALES was first listed on label 22+17+2 - an example of which, in my own (i.e. Godden's) collection, is dated August 1887 - and specimens are affixed to type D card-mounts.
