Depicts Kenilworth Castle with coloured Warwickshire views above and below.

This is an upright Stevengraph, 4 inches high, depicting 'The Keep, Kenilworth Castle', in the centre, with representations of the 'Town Hall, Leamington' and 'Stoneleigh Abbey' above and 'Warwick Castle' and 'Guy's Cliff' below.
The title was first included on label 23+26+2 of 1887, where it appears amongst the portrait subjects with COVENTRY, OLD AND NEW; but while this subject was continued, the Warwickshire views were issued only for a short time. The title does not appear on printed back-labels after 23+34a of mid-1888. These silks were affixed to type C2 card-mounts, as shown above.
