There is no weavers name anywhere on this ribbon.
Godden records the registration numbers and dates of a number of naval cap-ribbons, and H.M.S. Dart is included in that list.
However, Goddens records the registration of Dart as being Number: 432503, of 16 May 1904. The actual registraion number woven on the reverse of this ribbon is 315621, and Godden records this number as applying to H.M.S. Lion, of 10 March 1898.
