Comments:
There is a " THOMAS STEVENS " embossed credit on the reverse of each of these silks

As is evident from the woven words, these silks were placed on the inside cover of a Victorian Photograph Album, so that the actual silk could be viewed through a hole cut into the cover. The central silk above was found on the front of such a family photograph album dated 1890.
