Comments:
This woven silk rosette was produced to celebrate the marriage in 1863 of the Prince of Wales; Albert Edward (eldest son of Queen Victoria, who later became King Edward VII), to Princess Alexandra of Denmark.

There are no words anywhere on the individual ribbons, and there is no STEVENS name woven on the reverse.
The rosette however is identified as being of STEVENS manufacture, as the individual ribbons are identical (except for the missing words) to Stevens bookmarks, being sb862: H.R.H. The Prince of Wales and sb863: H.R.H. The Princess of Wales.
