As can be seen, this card comprises a woven padded cushion with silk fringe, and with printed cards attached to the front and back. The card on the front has the printed " T.S. " initials of Thomas Stevens, whilst the much larger card on the rear has no identification.
At one time it was assumed the number printed on the card - 01 on the one above - defined the card design. However, these numbers are repeated on multiple different designs, so the relevance of the number is hence unknown (unless perhaps it is a short hand for the artist/designer, rather than the design, for such as royalty payments).
