Comments:
There is no signature on the reverse of this bookmark, and it is attributed to STEVENS because:
(a) - Stevens is attributed with the bookmark used by Harrison & Reid in the same 1892 Presidential campaign {see sb478 on this site},
(b) - The style and rope and flag design is typical of the Stevens American bookmarks {see for instance bookmark sb568 on this site}.

DESPITE THESE SIMILARITIES, IT IS STILL QUITE POSSIBLE THAT THIS BOOKMARK IS NOT A STEVENS AT ALL.

This bookmark features the portraits of Grover Cleveland, running for President, and Adlai Stevenson 1, running for Vice President. It was issued on the occasion of Cleveland's attempting to gain a second term as President, in 1892, against the incumbant Harrison.
Cleveland won on the platform of lowering tariffs (hence the " TARIFF REFORM " on the shield), whilst Harrison ran on Protectionism.
