This silk does not have any weavers name,
although both Darby and Godden attribute it to Stevens.

There is a great deal if similarity between the bookmark above and sb1858; the difference being the replacement of the Washignton Memorial statue with the portrait of Washington seen above.
As sb1858 has been confirmed as of Stevens manufacture, it can safely be said the bookmark above is also a Stevens weaving
