This would appear to be the lapel pin for ordinary delegates, as there is also recorded on this site a similar silk ribbon but with " NATL COUNCIL " words at the top. This alternative ribbon was hence presumably for Council delegates; titled " NATL COUNCIL / Christ and Comradeship " {recorded as sb1478}.

Note: The " CE " on this pin refers to " Christian Endeavour ".
