Comments:
This bookmark was issued in 1962 to celebrate the Consecration of Coventry Cathedral. It was issued when Franklin's were still based primarily in Coventry.

The basic design was reissued later without the date, from the Northern Ireland factory, although it was slightly smaller than the original version above, and the woven imitation tassles were different. This later version is recorded as ofr122.

The bookmark above was issued inside a special fold-over card. The front had the title printed, and Franklin's name was printed on the inside of this front cover:
