J & J Cash Other Items: British One Pound note

This is simply a marketing exercise, creating a woven tapestry to represent an old fashioned British One Pound note. Out of interest though, the pound note was never issued in red colour - that was the old fashioned Ten Shilling note.

The portrait is that of the founder, Joseph Cash 1784-1870.
