This silk is recorded on the Grant price list and catalogue as number 140, with the title " Swallow Falls, Bettwys-coed ".

This version with the title printed on the card is earlier than the version with the title woven in the silk {see gc588 on this site}.
It will be noted however that the actual Welsh name is very slightly different, being " BETTWYS-COED " in the version above, and " BETTWS-Y-COED " in the woven version {gc588 on this site}.
It should however also be noted that this version of spelling is itself incorrect, it should be " BETWS-Y-COED ".
