There is no Grant name on either the front or back of this picture, although it is believed to be a genuine GRANT.

It is believed that Grant attended the Antwerp Exhibition in 1884, at which it is believed this picture was woven, as too was the bookmark, "Souvenir Exposition Universelle D'Anvers 1894" (recorded as gb1910).
