With only one minor difference, the bookmark above is identical to gb1940. The difference being the inclusion on the bookmark above of the statistics " AREA 17 ACRES " and " COST $1,200,000 "

Again, with only one minor difference, the bookmark above is also identical to gb1943. The difference being the top ornate decoration being replaced with a single green line.
