There is no signature on the reverse of this bookmark, and as such it is not conclusive that it was made by GRANT.
However, as many design components are identical to those used on other ribbons made by GRANT (see for instance " Benj. Harrison / (No Free Trade) / Republican Candidate / 1888 " - recorded as gb100), it is reasonable to assume this was made by GRANTS.
