This rather rare full-face portrait of the Victorian jockey occurs in two versions, as listed below.

The title was first included on label 21+13+2 of 1887, and examples are affixed to type C2 card-mounts.
§132: The title was included in a Stevens advertisement published in May 1887.

With P. Buchanan's colours: rose jacket with black sash so 404. (Note: Godden incorrectly identifies this as Prince Soltykoff's colours.)

§132a: With Mr Vyners colours: violet jacket with white sash - the image above. (Note: Godden incorrectly identifies this as Sir Green Price's colours).
