Other comments:
The version above is rare, and so far has only been seen in the German card frame, as shown above.
The more common version, with the woven heart above the portrait, is recorded as so386, with the similar version without the woven heart being recorded as so388.

Whilst there is no credit to STEVENS manufacture, the silk above has the same overall design as ECCE HOMO (so228), of which this silk makes a pair.

There are two versions of this portrait silk above. In a very early edition of the Stevengraph Collectors Association newsletter, there was reproduced a black & white copy of the portrait with Mary looking to the left. The two portraits above show the alternative views, one looking right, the other a mirror image looking left.
