Comments:

by Geoffrey Godden:
Godden does not record this title.

Other comments:
The actual woven silk is that of H.M.S. Illustrious (which is itself recorded as gt412 on this site), although having a different printed title.

Grant also made another battleship silk, H.M.S. Hannibal (gt411), and on very close inspection, it will be noted that the rear of the two ships is very slightly different. Also, Hannibal seems to have signal flags flying just to the rear of the funnels, which are missing from Illustrious.
